Spectrum Picker

An individual window appears displaying the average spectrum from the rectangular or oval selected area.

Scrolling Spectrum

The selection can be resized or moved with the mouse. Additional controls include:

• The button to extend the selection twice in the vertical direction.
• The button to contract the selection twice in the vertical direction.
• The button to extend the selection twice in the horizontal direction.
• The button to contract the selection twice in the horizontal direction.
• The button to extend the selection to the entire dataset.
• The button to shrink the area to a single pixel.
• The button to return to the previous selection from the single-pixel or entire-set one.

You may create multiple spectrum pickers by pressing the button repeatedly. They will be differentiated by color. Frame Appearance
